With over 25 years in film production and photography experience we use UAV's (drones) to provide you with perspectives that were previously either cost prohibitive or simply impossible. We work with film production companies, photographers, television networks, sporting events and individuals to provide stunning aerial imagery. We have a variety of setups to meet all budget requirements from small maneuverable 4K systems to heavier lift 8K setups that can be operated by both a pilot and camera operator separately to ensure smooth shots and perfect angles.

Live Streaming Services

Drone videography provides an entirely new perspective and allows for camera angles that were previously impossible. Our team is one of the most experienced companies in North America for live televised aerial services. We have been successfully delivering live television and streaming solutions with our drones since 2015 covering some of the largest events in Canada and globally. We are the first company to provide live televised drone coverage for a football game in all of North America. We are the first and only company trusted by TSN and the CFL to live stream the Canadian Grey Cup, the Junior World Hockey Championships and other games utilizing drones. We also provided coverage for the North American Wakesurf Championships, live national news events, annual live streaming for the Calgary Grandstand Show with an audience of up to 20K people 14 nights in a row show and hundreds of others. We are happy to announce that we can now offer a 4K streaming system with the ability to wirelessly send a low latency feed to the truck from nearly 2km away from the drones area of operation. We are also one of the few companies in Canada authorized for flights over people. We pride ourselves in having a perfect safety record while also being the first company to live televise some of the largest events in North America utilizing drones.

Motion timelpase

Motion timelapse work is underutilized and often poorly executed. In its truest form capturing motion time lapse sequences in individual high resolution RAW images provides flexibility in post to create truly stunning visuals maximizing your creative vision. We can also create stunning day to night or even seasonal transition shots using specialized custom built sliders and drones.

Working on a number of natural history documentaries over the years we appreciate the power a well executed time lapse can add to a sequence. Darryl has worked on several Blue Chip documentary series filming complicated motion timelapse and seasonal transition sequences and has years of technical experience to achieve the most complicated shots.

8K RAW time lapse sequences

  • A variety of sliders and cable cam systems available to capture motion with the time lapse to add depth to the scene

  • We also offer full post processing for your time lapse sequences using specialized software to exactly match your vision.

  • Long term time lapse camera setups available. Camera systems operate with solar panels offering the ability to operate for up to a year without interference. These systems are also capable of uploading images daily via WIFI or mobile internet as well as some remote operation capabilities. We provide services for:

Underwater Cinematography

Few companies offer truly professional underwater production capabilities. Darryl MacDonald began his production career in the Cayman Islands as an underwater cinematographer and photographer using actual film and the first ever digital camera systems. Now with over 4000 dives and a certified instructor, commercial diver, rebreather and technical diver, underwater is the only place he might be more comfortable than in the air. With experience shooting for television commercials, feature films and Blue Chip Natural History sequences you can trust that we have the knowledge, expertise and experience to capture your vision.
